The VR School
Headset safety
Family guide

VR should feel immersive, comfortable, and supervised.

The safety guide is being formalized. Use this page as the doorway for headset fit, session length, physical space, accessibility, and family support questions.

Fit first

Students should use age-appropriate devices, a comfortable headset fit, and clean shared equipment practices.

Clear space

VR activities need a safe physical area, seated options when appropriate, and adult supervision for younger learners.

Pause early

Students should stop and tell an adult if they feel discomfort, eye strain, dizziness, or disorientation.
