Innovative Learning Through Virtual Reality
Our students have been recognized for their groundbreaking work in developing VR applications that address real-world challenges. Their project "Virtual Ecosystems" won first place at the International Student Innovation Summit, demonstrating how immersive technology can enhance environmental education.

Middle School Student Life
Our middle school program focuses on building community, developing social-emotional skills, and exploring diverse interests. Students participate in advisory groups, clubs, and community-building activities that foster a sense of belonging and personal growth.
Daily advisory meetings provide a home base for students, with a dedicated advisor who supports academic progress, social-emotional development, and community building. The WASC report noted the effectiveness of our advisory program in creating a supportive environment for middle school students.
Quarterly exploratory courses allow students to discover new interests in areas such as digital art, robotics, culinary arts, and environmental science. These courses were highlighted in our WASC report as exemplary opportunities for students to develop new skills and passions.
Our Tech Immersion program introduces students to virtual reality, coding, and digital citizenship through hands-on projects and collaborative challenges. The WASC visiting committee commended this program for its innovative approach to technology education.
Middle school students participate in a variety of sports including basketball, soccer, volleyball, and track. Our no-cut policy ensures that all students have the opportunity to participate and develop athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Students explore visual arts, music, theater, and digital media through both curricular and extracurricular offerings. The WASC report praised our arts program for its integration of traditional and digital mediums, providing students with diverse creative outlets.
Through grade-level service projects and community partnerships, students develop empathy, social responsibility, and leadership skills. The WASC committee noted the positive impact of these experiences on students' character development and sense of civic engagement.
